Deliver a comprehensive desktop support program to cover all the requirements for all employees.

Customer Challenge
Atlas Engineering ran the majority of its business applications through multiple cloud providers and had been serviced by an individual contractor. Significant growth in the business and concerns around cyber security attacks prompted a decision to partner with a comprehensive managed services provider.

The management team also requested a centralised view of their assets to enable reporting and optimised usage of their infrastructure.
