Michael Orshansky – Manager Project Management & Consulting

Michael joined mcr in January 2008 with extensive experience in the oversight, planning, design and delivery of diverse business IT solutions. With more than 10 years of experience, Michael has a proven track record of business process improvement, cost reduction and productivity levels growth arising from the effective use of converged IT technologies and related techniques along with expert coordination of cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.

With industry certifications in areas of telecommunications, security and voice technologies from leading vendors, Michael leads MCR’s Project Management and Consulting team.

 

 

 

 
Sam Cappello – Managed Services Delivery Manager

Sam joined mcr in September 2009 with experience in the design, implementation and management of business IT solutions.

With 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Sam has spent the last 10 years developing and delivering cost effective solutions that have satisfied the customers stated requirements as well as being involved with IT Strategic Planning contributing to IT direction for customers.

Sam has developed and contributed to quality processes and procedures which are aligned to the ITIL that build on the foundations already in place at MCR. Sam leads MCR Managed Services Team.
